Who the controller is

Take Sales is a brand of Mobize Tecnologia e Inovação LTDA, registered under Brazilian company number (CNPJ) 29.414.800/0001-30, with its registered office at Avenida Francisco Galassi, 1404, Sala 104 Parte B, Bairro Patrimônio, Uberlândia/MG, 38411-108, Brazil. That company is the controller of the personal data processed on this site and on the platform at app.takesales.ai. The data protection contact is privacy@takesales.ai.

What we collect

On takesales.ai

• What you type into our forms: name, email, company, phone and message on the contact form; email only on the newsletter form.
• Where the visit came from: page URL, campaign parameters (UTM) and IP address, used to attribute the enquiry and to rate-limit form abuse.
• Browsing data collected by cookies, only after you consent. The detail is in the Cookie Policy.

On app.takesales.ai

• Account data: name, work email, password stored as a hash, and billing details.
• What you configure: knowledge base, agent instructions and operating parameters.
• Conversations your agents run: transcripts, call audio when recording is enabled, and metadata such as duration, channel and outcome.

In the conversations your agent runs with your audience, you decide the purpose of the processing. There you are the controller and Take Sales acts as a processor, handling the data only on your instructions.

Why we process it

• Performance of a contract: running the platform, authenticating access, billing the subscription and providing support.
• Consent: analytics and marketing cookies, and marketing emails. Withdrawable at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
• Legitimate interest: replying to a sales enquiry you sent us, preventing fraud and abuse, and keeping the platform secure.
• Legal obligation: retention of tax and access records required by law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not hand it over for third parties to use on their own account. We share only with vendors that run part of the service, under contract and limited to the contracted purpose:

• Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (application hosting), Vercel (site delivery) and Supabase (database).
• AI models: Google (Gemini) and OpenAI, which generate the agent replies. Content sent through their APIs is not used to train those vendors’ models.
• Operations: transactional email, voice telephony and payment processing providers.
• Advertising and measurement: Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, only if you accepted marketing cookies.

We may also share data when required by a court order, a competent authority or a legal obligation.

International transfers

Some of the vendors above process data outside Brazil, mainly in the United States. Those transfers rely on standard contractual clauses and the other safeguards set out in article 33 of the LGPD.

How long we keep it

• Site leads: 24 months after the last contact, or until you ask for deletion.
• Account and billing data: for the life of the contract and 5 years after it ends, to meet tax obligations.
• Conversation transcripts and recordings: for the period the customer configures in the platform. The default is 12 months.
• Application access logs: 6 months, as required by Brazilian internet law.

How we protect it

• Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
• Workspace isolation: one customer’s data is never reachable from another.
• Role-based internal access with an audit trail.
• Automatic masking of sensitive values (national ID, card numbers, email) applied to agent transcripts.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Confirm whether we process your data and get access to it.
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date data.
• Ask for anonymisation, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed unlawfully.
• Ask for your data to be ported to another provider.
• Withdraw consent and learn which entities we shared your data with.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise any of these, write to privacy@takesales.ai. We answer within 15 days. If you spoke to an AI agent on another company’s site, that company controls those records: we pass your request to them and tell you we did.

Children

The platform is built for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes are emailed to active customers, and the last-updated date at the top of this page always changes with them.
