Lead scoring

Assigning a commercial-readiness score to each visitor based on what they asked, which pages they visited and what data they gave. It decides who goes to the sales team and who stays in nurture.

Scoring turns a conversation into a routing decision. The inputs are usually the same three: what the person asked about, what they browsed before asking, and what they gave up about themselves, company, headcount, timeline, budget.

The point is not the number. The point is what happens on either side of the threshold: above it, a person gets involved while the interest is still warm; below it, the lead goes to nurture instead of onto a rep’s list.

A score is only as honest as its feedback loop. Without closing it (which scored leads actually became customers), the criteria drift, the sales team stops trusting the number, and you are back to routing everything by hand.
